WHO IS COVERED
This limited warranty (“warranty”) is given only to the original end
use purchaser .
WHAT IS COVERED
This Limited Warranty includes the machines specified herein.
Fujimarca MC709SE, 708, MC711, and Swan Si-100s. –Does not include Home Shaver.
This warranty applies only to machines purchased and used in the United States. For Machinery purchased in, but used outside, the United States, this warranty covers only warranty service within the United States (and does not include shipping outside the United States).
WARRANTY OF CRAFTMENSHIP
ShaveIceSupplies.com warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year (365 days) free of defects, but excludes wear and tear items listed, but not limited to; Blades, Gears, Switches, Belts.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
This warranty does not cover the following :
This warranty is VOID if machinery has been altered or modified in any way (including but not limited to attempted warranty repair without prior written/verbal authorization from ShaveIceSupplies.com and/or alteration/removal of the serial numbers.
OTHER ITEMS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY
In addition to the foregoing, this warranty does not apply to: (1) defects resulting from fire, explosion, or water, or from earthquake, windstorm, hail, tornado or other abnormal environmental conditions, or from accident, vandalism; and (2) defects arising from neglect or abuse. Neglect or abuse includes, but is not limited to: Use of contaminated, inadequate or excessive amounts of grease.Exposure to extreme temperatures. Improper storage or improper protection from climatic elements and vandalism.Accident, collision or other physical mishap or abuse, whether by Original Purchaser or any other party.
ShaveIceSupplies.com will not compensate for any monetary losses as a result of machinery defects, whatsoever.
CHECK TO SEE IF YOUR MACHINERY IS ELIGIBLE FOR WARRANTY SERVICE
Report all issue and conditions to ShaveIceSupplies.com with proof such as but not limited to photos or videos.
ShaveIceSupplies.com reserves the right to reject all claims for warranty services/replacements if proof cannot be submitted for any reason.
WHAT SHAVEICESUPPLIES.COM MAY ASK OF YOU:
After contacting us at ShaveIceSupplies.com , you will be asked to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. If the troubleshooting does not succeed, you may be required to do one or both of the following:
Send one or more components for the machinery properly packaged, freight prepaid to ShaveIceSupplies.com for inspection,
together with a photocopy of your bill of sale.You are responsible for the cost of shipping, expedited shipping, packing product, and insurance (if you desire). You are also responsible for loss or damage to the machinery and its component parts in shipping.
Send the machinery back to our ShaveIceSupplies.com warehouse in Hawaii at 901 Gulick Ave, Honolulu, Hi 96819 for inspection.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping, expedited shipping, packing product, and insurance (if you desire). You are also responsible for loss or damage to the machinery and its component parts in shipping.
After the inspection, if the machinery is deemed defective. ShaveIceSupplies.com will repair or replace the defective machinery partial or as whole and reship the machine back to the original end use purchaser at ShaveIceSupplies.com expense.
ShaveIceSupplies may require a minimum of 5 business days, and up to 30 calender days to process all warranty services, depending on replacement components or machinery availability.
