I recently purchased this product after ordering another cheeper model from an ebay store. This Fujimarca is great. It was all put together and ready to go, was delivered one day early, and is far better than the Swan hand crank knockoff I order prior. I have two daughters, one not old enough to know what a shave ice is, but the older one and I have a soft spot in our heart for a good snow cone on a hot day. This will be a great summer treat for years to come. I, also was very pleased with the customer service HTK provided. They handle this order very efficiently and new they were sending a quality product that would need no returning, unlike my other order which I'm still trying to get resolved. Thanks Guys.
