How we got here
Our family started H.T.K. Hawaii Inc. in 1983 with a simple goal: help local shops get the right shave ice equipment, flavors, and supplies without the runaround.
A few years in, we acquired Hawaiian Snow, an established flavor company based in California, and brought its production home to Oahu. By 1994, growing demand from across the Pacific and the mainland required a bigger home — we moved into our two-story warehouse and showroom in Kalihi, where we still manufacture every bottle of Hawaiian Snow flavor today.
More than 40 years later, we’re still owned and run by the same family. We still believe in doing things the right way, helping customers directly, and standing behind the products we sell.

Every Hawaiian Snow flavor is mixed and bottled on Oahu. Hawaiian Snow flavors are mixed locally at our Oahu facility using formulations made specifically for shave ice.
Buying directly from the people who know the products
Hawaiian Snow is our own brand, mixed in Hawaii. Fujimarca shave ice machines are produced by our sister company in Taiwan under our direct quality control. We've been the authorized North American distributor for Swan and Hatsuyuki for over twenty years.
When you buy from us, you're buying from the people who make and import the products — not from a middleman marking them up. We carry machine parts, accessories, and the support knowledge to help customers keep their machines running.
Flavors named after the places we love
Look closely at our Hawaiian Snow bottles and you'll see place names from across the islands — Waianae Vanilla, Kakaako Root Beer, Kula Strawberry, Kaneohe Banana. Each flavor is mixed at our facility and made specifically for shave ice. We focus on flavor, color, and consistency so shops can serve the same taste their customers remember and come back for.
We offer standard concentrates, natural concentrates, extracts, and ready-to-use syrups in sizes for home and commercial use. Available across multiple sizes, from small sample bottles to commercial-use gallons depending on the product line.
